Kids Kitchen

In our Kid's Kitchen your child will attend classes that are designed to empower kids to cook simple, tasty, healthy meals and snacks. We pride ourselves on using mostly organic ingredients free of additives, dyes, pesticides and GMO's. During this 30 minute class, offered twice per week your child will learn to:

  • Learn the different food groups; proteins, fats, carbs
  • Read and understand nutrition labels
  • Learn what whole foods are and their benefits
  • Explore new foods, textures and tastes
  • Learn the origins of their food and be able to determine if the food is from a factory or a farm
  • Reinforce simple math concepts like fractions and measurement
  • Try different culturally rich foods from around the world
  • Have fun!
