Lead Three Year Old Teacher

Hi! My name is Victoria Schrudder and I am currently working as one of the lead preschool teachers here at Carlsbad Country Day School. I started working for Carlsbad Country Day School in 2008 and it has been my second home ever since. CCD has a unique program that I found to be very successful in fostering trust and relationships that last a life time. This is my second rotation in the continuity of care program and I am very excited to grow with your children and family.

Prior to finding my family here at Carlsbad Country Day School I taught preschool children for almost 14 years. During that time I taught children with special needs for 6 years. Working with children, and watching them grow is what I have wanted to do ever since I was a little. I am qualified by the state of California to be a Master Teacher in a preschool program as well as Program Director.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I am married to my wonderful husband, Nate, and we have a beautiful daughter named Cierra. In my leisure time I enjoy reading books, listening music, and spending time with people who make me happy. Welcome to my classroom.
