Three Year Olds

Hi, my name is Melissa Josefson and I am one of the 3 year old teachers here at Carlsbad Country Day School. I previously ran an in-home daycare for 6 years. My education is in Child Development and Psychology and I am currently working towards my BA. I am state supervised to be a lead teacher in a preschool program. My husband and I have been together for 18 years. Together we have three daughters; Chelsea, 16, Cassie, 14, and Chloe, 7. I am very excited to be working here at Carlsbad Country Day School with such amazing children and co-workers. I enjoy the modern facilities and the ongoing interaction with the children.
