Hi! My name is Joni Kearney and I will be the Kindergarten teacher at Carlsbad Country Day School. I have been teaching Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten for the past 28 years. My education includes a Bachelors of Science in Child Development from San Diego State University and a certificate in Montessori Education for children ages 0-6 years from London England. I have two children, a son and a daughter, who are presently attending local colleges. I have been married to my husband for 25 years.
