Betty Dinse
Infants & Toddlers
My name is Betty Dinse and I am so happy to be part of the Infant and Toddler Room here at Carlsbad Country Day School. Before coming to work here at CCDS, I worked for over a decade in other preschools. Although I love the babies, I enjoy working with all ages. I am currently both CPR and First Aide certified for Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Adults. I firmly believe that each child has their own way of learning and the more knowledge I gain by continuing my own education, the more I can contribute to the children in my care. I am currently pursuing my Master Teaching Certificate in early childhood education to learn new ways of helping the infant and toddlers reach their developmental goals.
Personally, I am retired from the USAR. I have been married for 22 years to my husband, Richard and have a teen-aged daughter, Sarah. I have an AS degree in Dental Technology and an AA degree in Dental Assisting with an emphasis in general education. I decided to become a preschool teacher because of my daughter, Sarah. She is the joy of my life. Teaching infants and toddlers and supporting their needs has become a passion of mine. My family and I are devoted to giving of our time to our church and community when time allots.
I believe God has blessed me with the skills to communicate and care for children. I am looking forward to my adventures and experience with your children attending CCDS!
