Yared Mayorquin
Master Teacher of the Infant/Toddler Center
My name is Yared Mayorquin and I am the Master Teacher of the Infant/Toddler Room here at Carlsbad Country Day School. I have been with Carlsbad Country Day School for over 3 years, and have found my passion watching our babies and toddlers grow into unique individuals! For ten years prior to joining the team here at CCDS, I worked as both an administrator and teacher at other local schools. Although I have worked with ages 2-5, I have found my true passion is with the toddlers and babies. I have completed my degree in Child Development, and currently hold my Master Teacher's certificate. I am certified in both First Aide and CPR for Infants and Toddlers.
On a more personal level, I am a proud single parent of two boys, Adam and Dominic. We have lived in San Diego for the past 8 years, and we currently reside in Oceanside. In our free time, my boys and I love the outdoors. I look forward to meeting you and I am sure you will find a home away from home here at Carlsbad Country Day!
